Guillaume Massardier

Director and Lead Consultant

Guillaume works with Western Australian asset owners and contractors on rail, operational technology and communications systems - the kind where a fault in commissioning, integration or stakeholder alignment is expensive to unwind. Most of that work sits at the integration points, where the technical system meets the operational environment it has to run in. He co-founded Wileo in 2014 and has led the company since 2019.
